This skill set reflects the skill requirements for team leaders or managers responsible for coordinating teams and supporting the wellbeing of colleagues working in stressful and demanding roles.
This skill set is for workers with existing experience or qualifications in community services or health sector roles seeking to broaden their skills.
Successful completion of this skill set results in a Statement of Attainment for the units listed below.
Entry requirements
- Individuals should hold a qualification at Certificate III level or higher in a related field, or have skills equivalent to the qualification requirement validated through a recognition of prior learning process.
Units of competency
To be awarded a Statement of Attainment for this skill set, competency must be demonstrated in 3 units of competency. All units are mandatory.
